A lot of work related to this was done with Armadillo New Media Communications - in particular Steve Kennett helped me hammer out the file layout and made sure the XAML was working.

Capitalism being what it is, this server and its bandwidth cost money. If you find yourself making heavy use of this site, I'd appreciate a donation towards costs - I honestly want to keep it up for as long as possible, but it's already pushing the limits of what I have available. Besides, it'll encourage me to open the source :-)
By way of incentive, the plan is to make a commercial plugin. Any donors at this point will find themselves in line for a steep discount on the plugin when it's available, in addition to being brought into the loop on further developments.
