Ruby .lwo library released

I finally got round to releasing my .lwo reader library that I've been
using for prototyping and testing the plugins we're working on.

Web converter offline

After some discussion, we've unfortunately had to take the web converter
offline because it was using too many resources. We're looking into
our options for bringing it back, though, and we'll post news here
as and when we have it.

Modeler plugin released
